Fix "iw3mp.exe not working properly", for COD4

I have the "Game of the Year" edition, but this worked for me.

-Go to Control Panel
-Go to Sound
-Go to Recording
-Right Click under the recording devices in the open space and click on "show disabled devices".
-Right Click on Stereo Mix, and click on enable.
-Save and go back and check if your COD4mp game opens up.
-It should work fine.

I had this same problem, all I had to do was plug in a microphone that I used to do commentaries with ^.^

just download the iw3mp.exe from the internet if dont know how i will get the file to you
