I know we have a thread about bands and songs, but what about the genre in general? what do you guys like?
Personally, I love punk. From Bad Brains to Minor Threat to LeftOver Crack, I love 'em all.

The last song is a great view of what punk is. Everyone is their own person, and we want to stand out. Punk is a lifestyle and I love it. From jamming on the train to my job to serving vegan meals to the poor through food not bombs, it's all good. To me, punk is equality and solidarity.
P.S. the last 3 songs curse and all that so heads up.

Personally my favorite is metal or progressive metal. I also like a lot of different genres but I hate pop.
