How to change your weapons skins.

1)Go to a trusted skin maker site(no viruses)
The only one I know of is http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/games/605

2)Rightclick to save zip from FPS

3)Goto to "main" localized in your Call of Duty

4: Modern Warfare folder and rename the following files:

Rename "iw_00.iwd" to "localized_english_aa.iwd"
Rename "iw_01.iwd" to "localized_english_aab.iwd"
Rename "iw_02.iwd" to "localized_english_aac.iwd"
Rename "iw_03.iwd" to "localized_english_aad.iwd"
Rename "iw_04.iwd" to "localized_english_aae.iwd"

4)Now Create a ZIP file with WinRAR or WinZIP or any other compressor an name it "localized_english_aw07" and change the .zip to .iwd and place it on the desktop for now.

5)Now Open "localized_english_aw07.iwd" with any compressor and create the folder "images" in it.

6)In the "Images" folder is where you put all the image "iwi" files that you get FPSbanana.

7)After you put the files in the Images folder you the take the "localized_english_aw07.iwd" file and put it back in the main folder.

8)Celebrate YOU ARE DONE..Play the game and check out the new skins.

Side note:You may want to make a backup of all the files you rename so you don't f'up and have to reinstall the game.. Smile

Revised Faster quicker way.

6)In that file there are "iwi" files they are what changes the Skins.(when you want to add more skin download them and add their "iwi" file to this image file to save space)

7)Close "localized_english_aw07.iwd" file and put it back in the main folder and close main.

8)Celebrate YOU ARE DONE..Play the game and check out the new skins.
