My laptop really... hates me

Hmmm i think this is the forum that RD mentioned, but now, my PC has another prob, i got a new headset, but the volume buttons on the headset don't work, so i have to do it manually by the windows settings, which doesnt help when i need to turn it up in-game

Help anyone?

If the controls on the headset don't work I'd say return it to the store and get another one. I doubt that's a computer issue.
