Sorry everyone, I've been really busy. What I'm trying to accomplish on this thread is to give back to our donators

As far as others donating, if you want to donate something, that's great. My idea would be, post what you have, and how
much of a donation to the clan you want to send it on it's way. You never know, you could score big for just a
$5/$10 donation. I have some ram I'm putting up tomorrow. Keep an eye out everyone!

Here's a list of goodies that I can donate...please keep in mind that I'm posting at a low fee for each piece that goes directly to EW..shipping is not included, keep that in mind. As far as shipping, USPS in the ConUS is the cheapest...also, I charge only what I'm charged for shipping fees...this is not about me making a penny on these donations. With the exception of the bridges and tailpieces and the Sevendust proto pickup, these are pickups that clients had me remove from their guitars to replace with different pickups leaving them with me as "trash" (go figure..it happens more often than not..same with tubes).

Ok folks, finally got a moment to throw some stuff up here. I'll try to keep it neat for everyone with a link for info about the product. Bottom line, you donate, you get an item, but you must pay to have it shipped. Also, if you're under 18 please don't think I'm going to send you a game/movie that's not rated for you....sorry.
Here's how it's going to work: you tell me what you want and where to ship, I get a shipping quote for your items (I don't charge for handling, actual shipping cost is postage, that's all you pay for), then you donate + the cost of shipping to my paypal account. I then ship items, take all left over money from the transaction and put it into ElderWarriors. If requested, I will screenshot my paypal transactions to refect that the money did in fact, go into the elderwarriors account. As it stands right now, I'm thinking 2 dvd's for a $5 donation. Depending on the game(s) a $10 will get you the Final Fantasy VII, Elder Scrolls IV OBlivion, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Half Life 2. The rest of the games will be 2 for $10 or 1 for $5.

The answer for this is simple. We have alot of younger members in our clan. Therefore, their money is at the control of their parents (nothing wrong with that either). This way, it's alot easier to say to your parents "hey can I donate $5 to the clan. In return I can pick from these items. Look at this one, that game alone costs $20 in the store right now and I can have it for $5 dollars...it's a good investment."
In doing it in this manner, it will make it easier for our younger members to state their case with their parents.
I hope that help clarify things. Any time any member wants to actually sell an item and put the proceeds to the clan, that is fine as well.

How much money does the clan actually need every month?

We were at about $120/month total but I think we've managed to cut that down to under $100. Not sure exactly.
