minimum wait time is 5 and theres no max that i know of.
after you do this save the file as something like "goat.cfg" and remember to put the .cfg at the end of the name.
after you've saved it move it to your main folder /c:/program files/ call of duty game of the year edition/main
once ingame type /exec goat.cfg (or w/e you named it) and it should work. or to bind it just type /bind "key" exec goat.cfg
